About the KAI Certification Course

US & UK based programmes for qualification in the use of KAI, the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory.

This is an inspirational course, which will motivate and stimulate you. It will give you insight into how you think, and how you relate to others. It offers a fresh approach to leadership through team building, the management of change & diversity and problem solving. It challenges many commonly held assumptions, whilst being practical and relevant to everyday situations.

You will learn how to use KAI to reveal that everybody is uniquely creative and can contribute usefully. This course will help all members of your group to work together more effectively.

CEU’s

Individuals who participate in The KAI Certification Course, in its entirety, will be awarded 3.5 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) from Virginia Tech.
A CEU generally does not apply as college credit, but may be used for a professional certification or licensure. CEUs offered by Virginia Tech are in compliance with the International Association for Continuing Education and Training.
