Why should I attend the course?

Successful completion of the course will give you access to one of the most insightful and robust tools available.

The KAI is deceptively simple – and very memorable – for all who experience it. For many, it is truly lifechanging. As an accredited KAI practitioner, you be able to build and extend on this learning with your respondents, helping them to be happy, more successful leaders, better communicators and effective co-workers/team player.

The KAI works at for individual coaching, or working with pairs of individuals (such as in mediation or counselling), or in group environments. Many of our existing practitioners use it to:

  • coach CEOs, Board, or senior leadership teams
  • work with teams create breakthrough concepts & ensure adoption
  • manage major transformational change
  • create a culture of wellbeing and lower stress (at college, work, home)
  • generate new products
  • help manage diversity
  • bridge gaps or mediate between individuals or teams
  • optimally solve difficult cross-functional problems
  • improve communications (in all forms, including internal & external)

Many of our delegates experience revelations into why major life events happened to them – ‘so now I know why…’. It gives deep understanding into themselves, their preferences and limitations. This is a very powerful realization. In the words of Socrates: ‘To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.’

Maintaining your KAI Accreditation

All KAI Practitioners and Master Practitioners have invested significant resources into becoming qualified.

All KAI Practitioners are ‘carrying the flag’ for all other KAI practitioners, as well as themselves. Therefore, it is important to everyone in the KAI community, that all Practitioners adopt best practice and remain abreast of new developments. To this end, your KAI Accreditation needs to be maintained, which can be done in various ways. Please use the button opposite to find out more.
